The rooms were clean, comfortable and large, perfect room service, they had a room with Jacuzzi, pretty cool, breakfast ok, staff smiling and attentive (watch only speaks English)! Located near the Falls and other attractions, good restaurant at the Embassy hotel, buffet, casino and delicious burger (legendary) hard rock cafe, plus the Skylon Tower and revolving restaurant with views of the falls!
The hotel is in very good condition and is close to attractions. Of course, the property is located somewhere in the middle of a large car park, which removes all its charm, but overall, value for price is right.
The staff was excelent, constantly going above and beyond what you would expect from most hotel staff. They brought us up a bottle opener when we forgot ours, they personally came up to show us how to work the jacuzzi, they were always saying "hello, how are you" including the housekeeping, maintanance staff and even the Chef that cooked our omelettes!
Although the hotel does not Falls View but there is affordable and offers everything you need to enjoy your stay is: incredibly spacious rooms, cleanliness, professional staff, great breakfast, great location, free parking, free internet in the lobby. Lets come to marriott courtyard hotels
